The Board of Directors of the SAD of the CAB has just announced the hiring of Sampson Carter. The athlete, of American nationality, comes from the University of Massachusetts, where he recorded the averages of 10.5 points and 6 points. The information disclosed by the SAD of Friends further indicates that the athlete's arrival is related to JJ Richardson's inadequacy to the Nazaré club and that, due to the replacement of athletes within the 15-day trial period of the contracts, it does not entail additional expenses to the team's budget. In statements to the CAB's Official Site, João Paulo Silva (‘Juca’ ), coach of the male team, noted about the athlete's arrival: “This hiring is due to the fact that the player JJ Richardson did not adapt in the expected ‘tryout’ period, hence we understand to proceed with this exchange.” "Sampson is a player with inner features but manages to have a good external launch capability. It is a versatile athlete and will certainly be a good opportunity to consolidate the dynamic and aggressive form we want for our game.”
