CAB and Olivais met for the third time in five days to discuss access to the Women's League Finals. With the 'series' tied with victory for each side, Madeirans and mainlanders played all-or-nothing to stamp the 'passport' for the Azores and win a place among the four teams that will discuss the national title. It was Olivais who started the match better, winning the first half for 9-20. Visitors managed to take advantage of some porosity demonstrated by the defense of the sites, the opposite of what had happened the day before, when the defense of the CAB had closed visitors the paths to the basket. In the attack, the CAB was also less accurate, recording only 33% effectiveness in launchings in the first 10 minutes of the meeting. In the second half, the CAB was superior and won the partial by 15-12. The Friends showed a renewed spirit and placed in the field a stronger and more determined posture. However, the combative spirit of the Friends was not producing as many points as would be expected, for, especially under the basket, the Madeirans were having difficulty dealing with the aggressiveness of the defensive strategy mounted by the opponent. Therefore, at the interval, the advantage remained continental by 24-32. In the third half, the CAb demonstrated enormous will and did everything to take over the reins of the meeting. Indeed, the Amigas were the most dominant team, especially thanks to their defensive performance, which stopped the game of opponents and catalysed effective attacks. However, for one reason or another, Olivais found a way to score baskets and managed to tie the partial to 14-14. As a result, the marker, at the end of the third period, marked 38-46. In the last time, the CAB placed within the field an irreproachable defensive posture against which the Olivais had no chance. The Friends won the partial by 25-10, not only covering the opposing weapons, but also effectively alternating the long distance launches with the points under the basket. The Madeiran team demonstrated a great deal of maturity and intelligence in the management of the ball and had the courage to take up their willingness to win. Thanks to a great collective effort, indicative of the great team they are, the CAB turned the marker, and, after taking the lead, a more looked at tas until the final horn, which came with the beautiful and meritorious victory of the Friends by 63-56. In individual terms: Cintia France (6), Rosinha Rosario (11), Carolina Scorcio (9), Ejay Ofomata (6), Aleighsa Welch (16), Britany Miller (15).
