Friends lost despite great effort

In its second game in the Final Game of Under-16 Females, the CAB measured forces with Queluz, with the first period to be dominated by a real balance between the two teams, which demonstrated a great delivery attitude. Even so, the advantage was the continentals by the minimum margin (12-11). In the second half, the Queluz team was better, which allowed it not only to win the partial (13-9), but also to get in the middle of the game to lead by the result of 25-20, despite the strongest posture that the Friends had, especially in the last three minutes of the period. In the third half, the CAB was much better than in the previous partials and managed to affirm its superiority over the continentals, which only in the last moments tied the partial (10-10). However, the most successful provision of the CAB did not avoid that, at the end of the period, the advantage would remain from Queluz by 35-30. In the last period, despite the great effort of the Madeirans, the continentals were better and more concrete and stronger. After winning the partial by 20-14, Queluz also confirmed his victory in the game by 55-44.
