The women's CAB team received Benfica's training in another Women's League game. Friends wanted to show that the last game was already part of the past and return to the path of victories. Benfica was willing to surprise the CAB and return to Lisbon with victory, so the conditions for a good game were met. The match began best for the CAB team, which won the first half by 22-8. The superiority of the friends was based on their cohesive defensive performance, which forced several losses in the opponent's part. From a good defensive posture, the CAB also knew how to build the attack, choosing the best options when it comes to throwing to the basket. In the second half, the benefits in the game almost reversed, because Benfica was superior to the CAB, winning the partial by 11-20. Even so, when the interval arrived, the punctual superiority remained of Madeirans (by 33-28), a factor that did not hide the fact that the ones commanded by João Freitas had been below the desirable in the second period, committing defensive failures that were meritoriously exploited by visitors and demonstrating less effectiveness in the offensive chapter. After the break, when one expected a reaction from the house team, the exact opposite happened, with the CAB letting itself be mastered at the pace of the game. Benfica weighed more, stressed more and scored more, earning the period by 9-18 and reaching the end of the third time ahead by 42-46. The fourth half exacerbated the CAB slide, which demonstrated some lack of offensive solutions. While it is true that, in the defense, the team of the house demonstrated a great will to prevent the rise of Lisbon, in the attack the inspiration was little, to prove by the low percentages of use recorded (only 48% of use in the 2 point launches and only 18% of use in the 3 point launches). The failure of the CAB combined with Benfica's commitment resulted in a fair victory of visitors by 51-60.
