Friends overcome Loins and are present in the final of the Women's League

The second round of games in the Final Phase of the Women's League, which is being played in the Azores, placed face-to-face the formations of the CAB and Lombos. The teams, which have, among themselves, a long history of played games, especially in final stages, measured forces after, the previous day, they played Vagos and Sportiva respectively. With the pressure high, because both formations wanted victory, the conditions for a good basketball game were met. The match began best for the Lumbos team, which took advantage of the unfocused entry of the CAB. In fact, the Amigas failed several launches in areas near the basket and paid for it, with Lombos having an ascent in the first five minutes of the meeting, exceeding by 3-7. The CAB's response did not come and Carcavelos' class took the opportunity to raise the result to 5-11, when it was four minutes before the first half. Soon after they were just over five minutes out of the fourth period, the teams were tied to 46-46. Until the end of the meeting, the 'taco-a-taco' between Madeirans and mainlanders remained, but in the last moments, the CAB was able to gather strength and courage, and, winning the physical departure of what was being an extremely disputed game, ensured a hard, sweaty, suffering, close, pulled, demanding victory. ... butmerced by 62-58! With this result, the CAB is in the game that decides the national title, which will be contested tomorrow against the formation of Sportiva.
