Friends and friends of 'palm and a half' cheer basketball weekend

Comradeship and fun were the dominant notes of the Regional Basketball Jamboree, an activity that brought together several regional clubs on the island of Porto Santo during the weekend. In what was an authentic basketball party, CAB athletes gave strength and voice to the various organized activities. Judging the status of Clube Formador and also as a most representative club in Madeira, Friends and Friends of 'palm and a half' were twenty of the forty-three athletes mobilized. In addition to athletes and coaches from all regional clubs, they also took part in the Jamboree Regional several education officers, who, taking advantage of the longer weekend, accompanied their sons and daughters to the neighbouring island, joining the useful to the pleasant and demonstrating that basketball is also a true celebration of the concept of family. We leave the 'congratulations' to all the institutions that took part in the event and to all those that contributed to it being a success. a special word of appreciation for the entourage of the CAB (athletes, coaches and heads of education), which was led by coach Faby Ortega, for having represented our symbol so well, showing the spirit of mobilization, joy and camaraderie that always guides our action as a club.
