Balls already hit the CAB Pavilion!

The first day of the CAB Tournament was dedicated to adapting the teams to the fields where the games will take place and to the entire dynamics of the great CAB FAMILY event. To this end, the participating teams had the opportunity to know the spaces where meals will be served, the areas where they will be hosted and also the different divisions of the pavilion where the tournament will be taking place, namely the Tournament Secretariat, the games area, the sales store, the ‘Sports Vintage’ Restaurant, which gives essential support to the event, as well as the club’s Secretariat and the entire spa area. Note, already on the first day, the healthy and friendly interaction between athletes participating in the tournament, which is the great brand of the CAB Tournament, when great friendships are established that last far beyond the great event of Friends of the Basketball. In the late afternoon, the Official Opening of the Tournament was held. In a small ceremony that brought together all the participants in the competition – from athletes and coaches to the Tournament staff, in charge of education, staff and club leaders – the highlight was, of course, for players and players who will bring the games to life and make the 17th edition of the CAB Tournament a great basketball and emotion party. For tomorrow, Tuesday, the games are scheduled to start, which will take up all morning and will serve to enable the teams to begin assessing their respective positions in the overall scope of the ranking. Already in the afternoon, the tournament participants will discover some of the beauty of the northern coast of the island with a visit to the Seixal Naval Club, where they can enjoy the beautiful beach and various playful activities. At night, the weather will be a party with a ‘Chill Out Party’, in charge of the people of the ‘North Coast Welcome Center’.
