The women's CAB team faced the formation of Torres Novas, in departure for the 14th Women's League journey. The Madeirans could not yet count on Julie Forster, in an indefinite manner, but they had a united and motivated group to win the continental team. The meeting began better for the home team, either on their own merit or because the CAB accused huge defensive and offensive deconcentration. In the middle of the first half, the house team reacted and reached the end of the first half to win by 16-14, but with an exhibition that left much to be desired. In the second period, the CAB came in better and with a defensive posture closer than we used to. Even so, the defense of the Friends was still too permissive and the attack was unfulfilling. However, on the other side, Torres Novas was not better, so the interval arrived with the Madeirans in front for the result of 35-24. At this stage of the meeting, the best friends were Ahley Bruner and Carla Freitas (with 8 points each), very well accompanied by Marta Bravo (7). In the visitors, the most wrestlers were Rachel Story and Jade Barber (both with 8 points). At the resumption of the game, the CAB began to draw a different attitude, and, in spaces, the team showed some vivacity in the style of basketball they practiced. However, the American duo of the visiting formation kept Torres Novas in the race, with the third half ending the result in 58-45. In the period, the CAB increased the pace of play, without visitors being able to respond. Betting on a pressurizing defense, the Amigas achieved several ball robberies, of which resulted in rapid transitions to the attack and a greater achievement of points. By the end of the meeting, the result dilated, ending in 84-62. In the first game of the afternoon, the Satellite Team measured forces with Juve Maia, in the match counting for the First Women's Division. The first part of the meeting did not go well for the islanders, who, after losing the first period by 22-28, reached the interval in inferiority by 36-45. In the second part, the Madeirans entered with a much better attitude and managed to win the period and reach the end of it with a draw of 55 points. Everything was open to the fourth and final time, however, in the most decisive moments, the superiority and serenity of the visitors was superior, which eventually won the match by 67-76.
