On this Monday, June 16, the CAB-Madeira receives a visit from four schools in its Pavilion, namely the schools of Tanque, Santo António, Ladeira and Lombada. In this initiative, about a hundred students from those educational institutions will meet the CAB facilities, talk to CAB managers about the history of the Club and its mission, and in the end participate in games and other playful activities with CAB coaches. The visit of the four schools to the CAB Pavilion is part of the work of proximity that, for some time, the Club has been developing with many institutions of teaching Madeirenses. “We believe that it is our duty to be with schools and collaborate with schools in the development of initiatives that foster an integral development of children and young people,” said Francisco Gomes, president of the CAB, in statements to the Club’s Official Website. “Because sport can and should be part of this process of integral development, it is with great joy that we receive all these schools in our home and that we express all the willingness to receive many more institutions that want to know our club and the work we do daily for Training”, concluded the leader of FAMILY CAB.
