Family Club takes street basketball to Nazaré neighborhood

On April 25, FAMILY CAB will organize a street basketball tournament. The event takes place in the Bairro da Nazaré, in the basketball fields located near the gas station, and will allow teams of three elements to measure forces. The initiative is open to all stakeholders, federated and non-federated, whether they are CAB players or not. The games are scheduled to start at 10 a.m., with the delivery of prizes to the winners taking place from 4 p.m. According to the information released by the Club Coordination, the tournament will include the age classes of sub-8, sub-10, sub-12, sub-14, sub-16, seniors and veterans. The ranks are all mixed, and to compete, all teams must have at least one female athlete. To sign up, teams only have to fill out the Registration Form (see 'link' at the bottom of this news) and deliver it to the Club Coordinators (presencely or for the e-mail coordination@cab-wood.com). The cost of participation for each team is EUR 1 per athlete. The money must also be given to the Coordinators or the Club Secretariat, and it will be used to pay the prizes that will be delivered in the race. In addition to sport, the ‘CAB Streetball’ will function as a family meeting, as it is, in fact, the host of CAB events. Adding to this, there will be a lot of music, cheering up the day of the many who (waiting for us...) will join this basketball party. Make your team and join the party!
