The echelons of Mini-10 and Mini-12 will take part in concentrations on the island of Porto Santo. The Mini-12 trips are scheduled for 16 April (Saturday). On the other hand, the Mini-10 trips are scheduled for 23 April (Saturday), for Team A, and also for 24 April (Sunday), for Team B. The list of players summoned for each of these trips is already prepared and will be communicated in good time to the athletes and their education officers, so that they can better plan and adjust their family dynamics for the days concerned. In each case, the departure from Funchal will take place on the morning of the day of the competition and the return will be made on the afternoon of the same day. In other words, the CAB motorcades come and go on the same day, with no place to stay on the nearby island. All motorcades will be led by two coaches. In the case of the displacement of the Mini-12 (on April 16), the coaches who will lead the group are Miguel Pimenta and Faby Ortega. In the case of the Mini-10s, the visit of 23 April will be led in principle by Gilda Alves and Davide Teixeira, while the visit of 24 April will be led, in principle, by Mara Pinto and Carla Relva. The Coordination of the CAB recommends to those in charge of the education of athletes who will take part in the trips that obtain the mobile contacts of the coaches concerned so that they can be in contact with them, if necessary. On land transport from Porto Santo Pier to Vila, in principle, the same will be done using local means available (bus or taxis). The club will pay for this expense, so those in charge of education need not worry about it. When it comes to meals, the lunch of each day of competition will be held, to the best of our knowledge, in the restaurant 'Gel Burger', located in the centre of the village. Lunch will be paid by the club, however, the Coordination of the CAB recommends that those in charge of the education of athletes who will take part in the trips that make their sons or daughters follow a small amount of money for some 'extras' that they want to acquire when they are in Porto Santo or on board the boat (food, drink, etc). For the games, according to the information available at this time, they will be held in the Porto Santo Pavilion and will begin at 1:30 p.m. each day of competition. Finally, the Coordination of the CAB informs that T-shirts of the same color were produced for all members of all motorcades that go to the games in Porto Santo. These t-shirts will be given to athletes before the trip to wear them throughout the trip (less during the games, itself). The aim of the idea of the whole entourage wearing the same shirt is to identify the members of the CAB groups more easily, thus ensuring greater security and club identity during movement. The Coordination of the CAB wishes all athletes and coaches who will participate in the trips to Porto Santo a good trip and very successful sports. To those in charge of education, the Coordination expresses its commitment to work so that travel runs within greater security, well-being and normality.
