Convening Election for Social Organs In accordance with the Statute of the Club Friends of the Basketball, I call the Ordinary General Assembly, for election purposes, for the day 20/07/2023 between 16:00 and 18:00 at the club's headquarters, with the following agenda: Single point - Elections of social bodies for the four-year 2023-2027. They may participate in the electoral act, the members in a position to be voters and to be elected in accordance with the statutes and to have their situation regulated. The deadline for the delivery of lists is 5 July at 6 p.m., indicating an element to be part of the Electoral Commission. The proposed lists, delivered in a closed envelope to the President of the General Assembly Bureau, shall contain the full names of each of the elements and alternates, as well as of the tenderers, with the signature of each and delivery of a copy of the respective identification document. The result will be released by 6:30 p.m. on 20/07/2023. Take-over shall take place within the time limits laid down in the statutes.
