Election to the Social Organ

In accordance with the Statutes of the Club Friends of the Basketball, I call the Ordinary General Assembly, for election purposes for the day 24/07/2020 between 16:00 and 18:00 at the club's headquarters, with the following agenda: Single point - Elections from social bodies for the 2021-2025 quadriennium. They may participate in the electoral act, the members in a position to be voters and to be elected in accordance with the statutes and to have their situation regulated. The deadline for the delivery of lists is 9 July at 6 p.m., indicating an element to be part of the Electoral Commission. The proposed lists, delivered in a closed envelope addressed to the Chairman of the General Assembly Bureau, shall contain the full names of each of them and of the tenderers, with the signature of each of them and the delivery of a copy of the respective identification document. The result will be released at 6:30 p.m. on July 24. Take-over shall take place within the time limits laid down in the statutes.
