The CAB women's team faced the Good Journey in what was the second game of a double journey that began the day before with a victory against Sportiva. Playing in the opponent's always-difficult terrain, the CAB had to fight not only the accumulated tiredness, but also a Good Journey that is making a great time. The game began best for the Madeirans, who won the first period for the result of 17-24. With American Ashley Bruber having a day of less offensive and defensive production, it was Joana Lopes and Lavinia SIlva who led the Friends, taking together 18 of the points achieved by the CAB during the first time. In the second period, the Madeirans showed great deconcentration, failing numerous releases and committing several losses of ball without release (at the interval, there were already 13), which greatly damaged the team's display and caused the points to be delayed. Nevertheless, and benefiting from a very inspired display of the Joana Lopes base (4 triples to the interval), the CAB reached the break ahead by 28-37. At this stage of the meeting, the main references of the CAB were Joana Lopes (14), Lavinia SIlva (9) and Ashley Bruner (6). In the locals, the most unconformed were Tatiana Milovac and McKenzie (8 points each). On the return of the resorts, the CAB again incurred a series of unnecessary losses of ball, which threatened to land the advantage of Madeirans and 'inviting' the Good Journey to assume greater role in the meeting. To counter the downward trend of the Madeirans, Lavinia Silva continued her good performance and the American Ashley Bruner 'agreed' and began to make her presence felt in the areas near the basket. The team thanked, and thanks also to a good collective delivery, it reached the end of the third quarter leading for 41-62. In the last time, the houses entered better, noting eight unanswered points, but the CAB's response soon resulted from a good collective delivery. More concentrated and warlike, the Madeirans were able to mark their position and did not allow the Azoreans to take the lead of the meeting. By the end of the meeting, a very united CAB provided good basketball moments, winning the game by 54-74. In individual terms: Joana Lopes (14 points, 9 caveats, 5 assists), Marta Bravo (2 points, 2 caveats, 2 assists), Carla Relva (2 points, 2 caveats), Carla Freitas (6 points, 4 caveats, 3 assists), Carolina Escortius (3 points, 3 caveats, 2 assists), Catarina Freitas (3 points, 1 assistance), Ashley Bruner (24 points, 11 points, 1 assistance), Lavinia Silva (23 points, 4 assists, 3 assists), Leonor Nunes (1 rebound).
