Men's Team and Women's Team

An important stage in the initial organization of senior teams is the selection of team captains. Among other responsibilities, these players and players are primarily responsible for managing the teams' locker room and for ensuring a clear communication link with the technical teams and the Club Board. Aware of these aspects, senior teams selected their captains for the 2013-2014 season. In the case of the Men's Team, the captains will be Jorge Coelho and Jorge Freitas. In the case of the Women's Team, the responsibilities will be divided by Marta Bravo, Maria João and Carolina Escortius. All these athletes are well-known guys from our club and very cherished figures throughout our structure, from younger athletes to leaders. The responsibilities they now assume is also a proof of confidence in their ability to act as examples to be followed by all their teammates. We are absolutely sure that they and they will be up to the functions and demands that they now meet.
