This Wednesday, the men's team of the CAB begins its participation in this year's edition of the Portuguese League. The wooden team will play their first game ‘outside doors’, in front of the team of Sampaense. In what is traditionally a difficult shift for all League teams, João Paulo Silva, CAB coach, is the voice of the ambition of Friends and shows a lot of desire to win. In statements to the CAB Official Site, the coach makes the game preview: “We will start the season with the full conviction that we will be competitive. Compete to win, is the idea that should be already present in the game against Sampaense. We clearly know the game plan and the time has come to apply all offensive and defensive combinations in a game situation.” “Although the team did not have the opportunity to make preparation games, we try to minimize this with the work we have done during this stage. We are naturally ambitious to compete, thus building strong collective cohesion. Wednesday will be a time to evaluate everything we have worked for and are believers in a good result.”
