CAB Partner No.1 is birthday today

Partners, there are many... But, No1, there's only one!... So on this special day, which is your birthday, we wish António Ricardo Leça Montes, Partner No1 and Vice President of the Club, a day filled with happiness, smiles and memories. It was in 1979 that Montes, as he is known in the middle of basketball, joined the group of friends who would later found the CAB. In fact, it was Montes' idea to call the Club that was to be born 'Basket Friends Club', so it is fair to say that he is the 'father' of the institution that unites us all. Over more than thirty years of history, Montes has been a constant figure in the life of the Club. Having defended the colors of the CAB as an athlete, our Partner No1 has also played a leading role, and is currently Vice President for Financial Management. Over these years, Montes has been following the evolution of the CAB and has been a key person in the many challenges that the Club has faced and overcome. For all that you have done over the years for the Club and for all that you still have to give the CAB FAMILY, we wish our No.1 many joys and many years of life!
