The Fourth Day of the XVI CAB tournament was passed outside the pavilion, in a real proof that basketball is a versatile, fun sport that can be practiced in various environments and surfaces. Thus, in the morning, the many hundreds of athletes who compose the mass of the tournament took part in a 3x3 tournament. The event took place in Praça do Mar, having as background the beautiful line of the South Madeiran coast. With this beautiful landscape and the magnificent climate of the island to help, competitive games were fought, in which not only the high technical quality of the participants in this tournament were evident, but also the good understanding and spirit of camaraderie among them, or were not the teams of 3x3 formed by elements of clubs all different. In the afternoon, the tournament athletes were divided into ten different groups, which, with the precious help of the fantastic members of the Tournament Staff, walked the city of Funchal to the 'hunt' of the cultural treasures of the region's capital. It can be said that a 'basketball wave' involved the city of Funchal and its main tourist attractions, with participants in the Tournament moving from landmark to landmark until they reach the end of the 'hunt to treasure'. Undoubtedly one of the highlights of the 16th CAB Tournament. The period after dinner was learning, as hundreds of young athletes had the opportunity to sit down with Zé Costa and Faty Freitas, two of the most international Portuguese basketball players of all time. The bases of the senior teams of the CAB shared with the younger the secrets of what it takes to 'venge' in basketball, conveying to the audience life lessons and words of encouragement. It was a calmer and more intimate moment of the tournament, but without a doubt, with great value. Tomorrow, the tournament continues with the semi-finals of the different competition ranks. So the finalists of the CAB Tournament will be determined and no one wants to be left behind. They'll be games played, competitive and not to lose.
