President of the General Assembly agendas club elections for 27 July

In accordance with the Statutes of the Club Friends of the Basketball, I call the Ordinary General Assembly, for election purposes, for July 27, 2017, between 18:00 and 20:00, at the club's headquarters, with the following Order of Works: They may participate in the electoral act, the members in a position to vote and be elected, according to the Statute, and who have their situation regulated. The deadline for the delivery of lists is from 12 July to 18:00, with an indication of an element to be part of the Electoral Commission. The proposed lists shall be submitted in a closed envelope to the President of the Bureau of the General Assembly and shall contain the full names of each of the elements and alternates, as well as of the tenderers, with the signature of each and delivery of a copy of the respective identification document. The result will be released at 8:30 p.m. on July 27. Take-over shall take place within the time limits laid down in the Statute.
