President of the General Assembly convenes members for the election of the club's social bodies

In accordance with Article 12 of the Statute of the Club Friends of the Basketball, I hereby invite the ordinary General Assembly, for election purposes, for the 21st of July 2014, between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., at the club's headquarters, with the following Order of Works: Single point - Election of the Social Bodies for the four years 2014 - 2018. Members who have their status in terms of contributions may participate in the election by 31 December 2013 at the latest, until 20 June, at 6 pm. On 23 June, it will be made available in the administrative services and on the club's website, the Electoral Notebook, which corresponds to the list of members who may be eligible, proposers and voters. The deadline for the delivery of lists is 3 July, at 6 p.m., indicating an element to be part of the Electoral Commission. The proposed lists, delivered in a closed envelope to the Chairman of the Bureau of the General Assembly, shall contain the full names of each of the elements and alternates, as well as of the tenderers, with the signature of each and delivery of a copy of the respective identification document. The result will be released at 8:30 p.m. on 21 July. The takeover will take place at the date, time and place to disclose.
