First mini-clinic addresses the ‘Force Train’

The return of training also means that the ‘Mini-Clinics’ are back, that is, training actions for all our coaches. These training actions are open to all the trainers in the region and their participation is completely free of charge. The first mini-clinic of the 2012-2013 season is already on Thursday, September 20, at 8:30 p.m. The theme will be ‘The Force Training’ and will be guided by Prof. João Pedro Vieira, Coordinator of the Training of the Club. The training action will take place in the recently renewed Musculation Room, where participants can see in practice the application of the concepts discussed during the lecture stage. The CAB-Madeira takes the opportunity to leave the invitation to all basketball coaches in the region and to all interested in this theme to join us in this initiative. Everyone's presence is very welcome!!!
