Senior Males Get Recognition From Antenna 1

Our senior male team was chosen by Antena 1 as the January team. The excellent benefits that our 'boys' have been recording throughout the season, which have continued throughout January, have attracted the attention of national basketball. Antena 1 was not indifferent to them and, without hesitation, elected the group guided by João Freitas as the leading Madeiran team in January. As a result of the distinction, Antena 1 will dedicate a broad segment of the 'Sports Late' program, which is broadcast Saturday afternoon to the CAB team. In the report prepared by that radio channel will be included interviews with João Freitas, coach of the team, Fábio Lima, one of the athletes that has been most prominent throughout this period, and Francisco Gomes, president of the club's Board.
